Mrs.C's Brilliant Birthday.

Hi Everyone,

it's been very exciting here in Sunny Spain, cos it was Mrs.C's birthday yesterday. Charlie and me had a great time helping to open all the cards.

There were loads of cards. Lots of them had Air Mail stickers on them cos they'd had to come in an airoplane from far away places like Bargoed, Blackwood and even Bedlinog! Can you see the blue stickers?

After breakfast, Mr.P said we were going somewhere new, called Torrevieja, to look for a restaurant to have a Super Special Spanish Birthday Meal!

While we were looking for a restaurant that sold the Pies Mrs.C liked, we found this cool statue band on the sea front.

It's not the first time we've had our picture taken with a statue on the sea front.

Do you remember our picture with Mr.Morecambe?

We had a brilliant time having our pictures took, but we still had to find Mrs.C's pies. Can you see the place with arches behind Charlie?

Mr.P said he thought that it was a restaurant and that they had the pies there.

Charlie thought it looked a bit posh for pies, but Mr.P was sure it was a Spanish Pie Shop, so we didn't say anything.

Well, Mr.P was right, cos I'd got a bit mix muddled up. We were having Paella and that's a famous Spanish rice thingy, not a pie!

I do like pies, but the Paella was more the kind of thing Mrs.C likes and it was very nice.

We had an utterly brilliant time and gorgeous food with a lovely cup of Spanish coffee to finish off. I think Torrevieja was a good place for a birthday meal.

I'll be back soon to tell you about the fanteddytastic present Mr.P bought Mrs.C. It's wibally wobally fun, full of puff!

Can you guess what it is?

Tell you soon,

Tiddy x
